At Pacifica Beauty, we want you to love your clean beauty products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in gently used or new condition to qualify for a refund.

Start Your Return

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to return.

Print Your Label

Once your request is submitted, we will email you a prepaid USPS shipping label which you can print and attach to your return package.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack your items in their original box if possible, include the packing slip, and drop the parcel at any authorized USPS location or mailbox.

Receive Your Refund

After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
