Are Pacifica products 100% vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes! We are proud to be 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We do not use any animal-derived ingredients, including beeswax, carmine, or lanolin, and we never test on animals.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website where you can monitor your delivery progress.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working hard to expand our shipping capabilities to more countries in the near future.

Are your product containers recyclable?

Sustainability is core to our mission. Many of our glass and plastic components are recyclable. We also partner with specialized recycling programs to ensure hard-to-recycle items stay out of landfills.
